This stay was just a commendable fit for a relaxing holiday in Leeds with the best value for money ratio. The porridge at breakfast was a delight after a disappointing dinner. Try to find better dining options nearby.

The location near Golden Acre Park is a gem, perfect for nature walks or enjoying the scenery. The layout of the hotel provides ample outdoor spaces, adding to a relaxing ambiance filled with green views....  

Crikey, the fish and chips had me gobsmacked! The local chippy just down the road serves the best batter I've ever tasted. Plus, the buffet breakfast was a real treat—choices galore, fit for a king!

Now, I reckon the bar area could use a bit of life—it was as quiet as a church mouse. Didn't dampen the vibe too much, though. we still managed a good natter.

The hotel has definitely seen better days. the décor feels very old, and there's a persistent musty smell in the public areas. The basic room had net curtains in disrepair and a broken lock on the balcony door, while the bed was small and uncomfortable. Shower pressure was dismal, making it frustrating to get wet. breakfast choices were decent, with fresh orange juice being a highlight, although menu prices felt unreasonably steep for the overall experience.

Absolutely loved the beautiful grounds and the relaxing pool! Perfect for unwinding after a long day. the breakfast could definitely use some improvement. 🏖️

Target audience business travelers need better service

I had a pleasant surprise with the room upgrade when I mentioned my stay was for an anniversary, and they even decorated it for us with nice banners and a card. The service at the bar was top-notch, especially from a young man making...
